What’s an “active business”?

An active business is any client business with 1+ transactions in the last 365 days, calculated at month-end. You only pay per active business.

What about hosting and workload units (WUs)?

Your environment runs on a dedicated hosting plan and includes generous workload capacity a generous amount of WU per active business per month (plus overhead and headroom). If your usage grows beyond the included capacity, we automatically add the needed workload tier to keep performance stable.

Is this cheaper than QuickBooks Ledger?

QuickBooks Ledger is $10 per client per month (firm-billed). Our pricing is designed to deliver a large cost advantage while giving you a dedicated environment and firm-level control.

Example: 75 active businesses

  • QuickBooks Ledger: 75 × $10 = $750/mo
  • Tier 1: $149 + (75 × $2) = $299/mo
